Peace and Quiet:
This gentle yoga class is a slow flowing Hatha Yoga class with gentle transitions between postures. Calming sequences combine breath, postures, and relaxation and are designed to open the body, build strength, and soothe the spirit. These classes are great for anyone who wants to increase strength and flexibility, improve self- awareness, and reduce stress.
Beginner Yoga:
This is an introductory 4-week session for students who are new to Power Yoga. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of standing postures.

This advanced class continues with refinements to poses studied in Present Power and introduces full arm balance (handstand), headstand, and forearm balance. Additional back bend poses are also included. Regular yoga practice outside of class is strongly encouraged. Permission of the instructor is required.
